1.Edge-to-edge OLED display

The most noticeable new feature for the iPhone 8 will be its display. Apple's reportedly switching to OLED technology (the same kind used in Samsung's phones) from LCD. The change will mean you'll get more vibrant colors with greater dynamic range and deeper blacks, but also increased brightness and greater power efficiency since each pixel only lights up when it's turned on (not black).

The screen is expected to measure 5.8-inches, corner-to-corner with rounded corners. Data extracted from the leaked Home Pod firmware suggests it'll have a 2,436 x 1,125 resolution, according to iOS developer Steven Troughton-Smith.

2.Glass and stainless steel body

The iPhone has had a uni-body aluminum design since the iPhone 5. But that's all going to change with the iPhone 8, which will likely come with a polished stainless steel frame and hardened glass back.

Apple's used this combination of materials before on the iPhone 4 and 4S, but there's a big reason why it's returning to them.

3.Wraparound Display

Another change that iPhone 8 will have is slimming the bezels to deliver a wraparound dispaly. This is already popular with Galaxy S8, and Apple is expected to follow.

Forbes revealed that Apple will introduce an aspect ratio of 18:5:9 for iPhone 8, same to Galaxy S8 and LG G6. TSC, a chipset maker revealed this information to the media, confirming that iPhone 8 will have more elongated appearance. Analyst pointed that this will make the back button hard to reach for consumers, though we are sure that Apple designers already solved this issue.

4.No Home button

The change in design will mean that Apple will remove the Home Button, which has been the key feature of iPhone series. We expect that this will be placed under the display, allowing the device to have a wraparound screen-dominated display, and also retains the same handset size from its successor.

That edge-to-edge display means you'll get a big screen in a smaller body, but it also means there won't be any room for the iconic home button.

But that's OK, because Apple's going to make up for it with new input.

5.Wireless charging

And that reason's wireless charging. Glass is a better material for wireless signals to pass through, which is why phones with built-in wireless charging like the old Nexus 4 and all of Samsung's recent Galaxy S8 and Note 8 phones have glass backs.

This will be the first time Apple's include wireless charging in an iPhone. While early rumors claimed the iPhone 8 would have some kind of long distance wireless charging, it's now believed Apple might go with the more common inductive Qi standard. (Apple joined the Wireless Power Consortium in February.)

It's also very possible the iPhone 8's wireless charging will charge up just as fast as with a Lightning cable. Anything less would be disappointing as Samsung's flagship Android phones have wireless charging that's as fast as wired.

A wireless charging pad probably won't be included in the box and will be sold separately.

6.3D face recognition

Replacing the Touch ID fingerprint sensor will most likely be some kind of advanced 3D face recognition, aided by either a new iris scanner or improved selfie camera.

According to the Korean Herald, the iPhone 8 will have a "facial recognition scanner with 3D sensors" that can detect faces in "millionths of a second" for unlocking the device. Similarly, TechCrunch says the face recognition, codenamed "Pearl ID", could read your face even when the phone's just sitting on your desk. In other words, the iPhone 8 could unlock with just a glance.

The new face recognition will also reportedly replace Touch ID as the method of authentication for Apple Pay.

7.A new "copper gold" color

We're not sure how many colors the new iPhone 8 will come in, but we are pretty damn confident there will be at least one new color: a copper-bronze-pink that some think might be called "Blush Gold."

YouTubers like Danny Winget have made extensive videos on dummy models of the new color. It's unclear if the copper gold model will come with a white bezel. Winget has called it hideous.

8.Improvements in cameras

See that huge vertically-aligned camera bump with dual cameras on the back of the phone? Yeah, there's definitely something going on there.

Each iPhone has brought some kind of leap in the cameras and the iPhone 8 will be no different. Whether it's more megapixels or better low-light performance, there will be better cameras. Apple's not going to let those 800 people who work on the camera go to waste this year.

More importantly, it's very likely the new cameras will improve augmented reality apps made with ARKit.

Apple is also believed to be working on a different kind of camera to be included in iPhone 8, which will embrace the augmented reality technology that the company already mentioned.

9.High Price

All of these new features aren't going to come cheap. Several reports — Fast Company, the New York Times, Daring Fireball, etc. — claim the iPhone 8 will cost around $999 for the entry-level model.

Prolific iPhone 8 leaker Benjamin Geskin has echoed those claims and recently said his sources have told him the pricing will be as follows:

64  GB: 999$
256 GB: 1099$
512 GB: 1199$

$1,000 is a lot of money for a phone, but it's not unprecedented. Samsung's Note 8 costs $930, which is basically $1,000 and Apple already sells the Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus with 256GB for $970.

Whether you're ready or not for an iPhone that costs more than most laptops, it's coming. So start saving up or get a loan.

10.Better Battery Life

Apple is always improving the battery life of its best-selling iPhone.During the announcement of the iPhone 7, Apple promised its new phone would boast two additional hours of battery life, compared to the iPhone 6.That’s a solid increase in battery life, and could easily be the difference between your iPhone lasting until your final meeting of the day – or not. However, the Cupertino company’s seemingly endless drive to make its gadgets thinner and lighter with each new generation could hamper how much battery life Apple is able to eke out of its flagship phone. An iPhone easily capable of lasting for two days on-the-trot would be a brilliant feature – and one we’d be willing to add a little bulk to the iPhone 8 to achieve.

Creating A Game With Notepad

You probably won't know what all of this means right now, but I'll explain it soon. Introduction Did you know that the simple Notepad program on your computer is actually a very powerful programming tool? That's right, and it is also very easy to learn. In this article I'm going to show you how to make a simple game using only the Notepad program and a programming language called "Batch." Batch is a language that runs primarily out of your Windows command prompt. Now, it's not even close to being the most powerful programming language out there, but it still let's you do enough to be extremely useful to know (at least for anyone in the computer field). Not only is it useful, but it can also be used to create amazing text-based games ! What is a text-based game you ask? It's a game (a very simple one) in which the user interacts through the use of text and choice-making.You will learn h
